Overview
A popular Bank Holiday trip — pure bliss and a lovely countryside treat. Come alone or with friends — we’re a super friendly group.
Bath and the Cotswolds have always been favourites, with so much to see and do. This is your chance to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy beautiful villages, historic streets, and stunning scenery.
99% of our members attend trips alone — and leave having made new friends. So don’t worry if you’re coming solo. You’ll be in great company.
The Cotswolds covers almost 800 square miles across five counties and is famous for its honey-coloured stone villages and rolling countryside. On this trip we’ll visit:
Bourton-on-the-Water
Often called the “Venice of the Cotswolds,” this picturesque village is known for its charming low bridges crossing the River Windrush. Enjoy free time to stroll along the river, browse independent shops, or visit the famous Model Village — a Grade II listed miniature replica of the town as it looked in the 1930s.
Bath
This elegant and historic city is famous for its natural hot springs — the only ones in the UK. Founded by the Romans as a spa resort in the 1st century AD, Bath is home to some of the best-preserved Roman remains in the world. The beautiful River Avon flows through the city, adding to its charm.
Bath also offers wonderful boutiques, cafés, art galleries, and museums including the Fashion Museum, Jane Austen Centre, and more.
